Bead projects may include:
- basic round bead
- other bead shapes; bicone, cone, tube, triangel, heart, etc.
- dots, stringer, twisties, cane,
- silver foil, pixie dust, enamels, dichroic glass
- encasing, bubbles, presses
Every class in different and is catered toward every student's skill level, design tastes, and pace. Not all projects will be included as there will not be enough time. Students are encouraged to bring inspiration and request what they want to learn.

Wire Working Workshop
Practice basic skills using wire to make pendants, earrings, bracelets, keychains, zipper pulls, and more. You will learn what kind of findings to use, what wires are best, the tools you will need, and learn some of Christina's tricks of the trade. Schedule this class after your bead making class so you can use your own beads.

2 Day Beginning/Intermediate Beadmaking Class
Following a brief review of equipment and safety information, Christina will teach you how to make basic to intermediate wound beads by melting glass in the torch flame and wrapping it onto a stainless steel mandrel. Christina will show you how to create various bead shapes including round, oval, bi-cone, tabular, and more. Decorative techniques include adding metal leaf and foil, glass frit and powder, stringer, canes, and millefiori. Some time will be spent on surface decoration such as feathering, application of layered dots, strings, grooves and clear casing.
9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.

6 Hour Intermediate Beadmaking Class

This class is intended for the curious, "I think I want to try it" artist.Learn how to make your own Handmade Glass Beads. Following a brief introduction of equipment and safety information, Christina will teach you how to make basic wound beads by melting glass in the torch flame and wrapping it onto a stainless steel mandrel. Some design includes silver application, use of unique glass and clear encasing techniques. Make a bracelet out of your new collection of beads.

Wine Stopper Class

Make your own wine stoppers. Beginning beadmaking class prerequisite. Learn how to gather a larger ball of glass and work a bit bigger. You chose your colors and design and shape. Makes for an excellent gift when you can say "I made it for you".
Makes one to two stoppers.

Blowing Shards and Application.
Blow colorful glass balls and smash them! Why would you want to do that? You'll learn what glass to use to save money on pricey glass colors, and how cool the technique is when applied to your glass beads. Besides, it's super fun!

Silversmithing Workshop - Bezel

Learn to make your own sterling silver bezels from start to finish! In this two-day class Christina will teach you step by step how to layout, cut, file, and solder bezels out of sterling silver sheet. Your bezels can be made into pendants, pins, buttons or earrings. Next learn how to finish off your piece, set your creation with a glass cabochon or button or stone. And then polish to a variety of finishes from matte or antique or shiny! Class is open to all levels of art makers, some basic experience required in jewelry or craft making. Your hand-eye skills must be decent. All materials necessary are provided during class. This is a hands on class, we will be working with torches and cutting tools.
The class is two days 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break, $250.00 plus a metal fee.

Glass Head Pin Workshop
Head pins are traditionally used as strictly metal components for assembling jewelry. They are the little wire with the flat head so the bead doesn’t slide off. This unique technique is made with glass and they make great earrings, charms and are adorable when grouped together like a bunch of grapes in a necklace.

What would you put in your vessel? Perfume, essential oils, a secret wish, your loved one’s lock of hair or ashes? These are beautiful and every one is so unique. The stopper can be either glass or cork.
